The location is very close to the Tamachi station, one stop from Shinagawa station, a major station for many lines. The hotel is also very near the train station and is conveniently located near a Yamanote Line station. The staff were helpful and very friendly, and the hotel facilities were clean and in good working order. The breakfast provided at the hotel was very good as well.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is fairly close to the train station and near the Tamachi train station. This makes it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing good service to guests.
The breakfast options could be improved, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The food quality was not the best and there could be more variety in terms of coffee and juice choices.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was so convenient with just a 10-minute walk to the train station. The view from my window was incredible, and the room was bigger than I expected. The staff were friendly and provided all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Tamachi. The corner room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully clean. The counter staff were very helpful and spoke English, made communication easy. I loved that the hotel was non-smoking and located within walking distance of Tamachi and Mita stations, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The added bonus of having a washing machine and dryer in the room was convenient. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the cleaning staff leaving a bag of fresh towels and amenities outside my door when I displayed the Do Not Disturb sign. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Tokyo.
